Name Generator runs entirely in your browser and is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that a generated name is available, unique, or free to use.

3. No account required

The tools work without registration. You are not required to provide personal information to use them.

4. Your responsibility for names

• Generated names are suggestions for inspiration only. They do not constitute legal, business, or branding advice.
• You are solely responsible for checking whether a name is available, registrable, or infringing on any trademark, domain, or other right before you use it.
• We make no claim of ownership over names you generate; likewise, we are not liable for how you use them.

5. Intellectual property

The site's design, code, and word lists are owned by Name Generator and may not be copied or redistributed. Suggested names themselves are algorithmic outputs and are not asserted as our property.

6. Analytics

We use anonymous Google Analytics to understand aggregate usage. Analytics cannot see the names you generate, which stay on your device. See the Privacy Policy for details.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Name Generator is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the tools or any name produced by them.
